Annual Meeting - Update

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the Parishioners of the Parish of All Saints will be held in All Saints Church on the Second day of March 2025, at twelve forty-five in the afternoon, at which time and place all members signing the Declaration of Church Membership and who are of the full age of 16 years are entitled to attend, participate, and vote.

The initial information package was sent out by mail and email this week. If you did not receive it by either method please contact the office.

This mailing includes a survey for updating your personal information and attesting your eligibility for participating in the annual meeting. Please complete this survey even if your information has not changed. It also includes the list of nominees for elected positions (as it currently stands) as well as a nomination form for additional candidates.

This year’s AGM will take place after the 11 am service on March 2. All who consider themselves a part of All Saints are eligible to attend and vote. The AGM is a very important part of the running of All Saints and we encourage everyone to attend! This is your opportunity to vote on the policies of the church, and your elected representatives. If you’re interested in serving in an elected or appointed position for the coming year, speak to Fr. Rob or one of the wardens.

Childcare will be provided for children under 12, and we will join in a quick meal beforehand. A sign up sheet for those who would like to contribute to the meal is up at the back of the church.

A reminder, if you are responsible for submitting a report to the AGM, the deadline is February 17.

Please send reports to office@allsaintswinnipeg.ca
