West Broadway Commons

Community in a Box

In January 2021, construction was completed on West Broadway Commons, a 12-storey, 110-unit housing project adjacent to All Saints Church.  56 of the suites are affordable with the balance at-market, premium or deluxe; 23 are barrier free and all are visitable. The suites have exceptionally large windows and spectacular views. There is bike storage and a free car-pool membership.  A common area on the 9th floor overlooks Legislative Building with a gym and large patio.  

The project is a Joint Venture between All Saints Church and University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation 2.0.   We are thankful to the many members of our congregation who contributed to this project.  We are proud that it is leading-edge, sustainable socially, economically and environmentally.
