Black History Month in our Parish and Diocese

Throughout the month of February we will be incorporating music and liturgy from Black communities and cultures around the world.

February 16

This service will have a special focus on music from Black composers.

The Rev. Sherpard Gwende (St George Crescentwood) will be the guest preacher and presider.

February 23rd

Guest speaker: Zilla Jones

Zilla is an Winnipeg-based anti-racist educator, lawyer, mother, and singer of Caribbean, Chinese, and European heritage.
