Annual Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the Parishioners of the Parish of All Saints will be held in All Saints Church on the Tenth day of March 2024, at twelve forty-five in the afternoon, at which time and place all members signing the Declaration of Church Membership and who are of the full age of 16 years are entitled to attend, participate, and vote.

Watch for the File of Reports, which will be sent by email (and by mail to those who have requested it) this week. Printed copies will be available to pick up at Church on March 3rd and 10th.

If you are not already on our email list, please contact the office this week.

This year’s AGM will take place after the 11 am service on March 10. All who consider themselves a part of All Saints are eligible to attend and vote. The AGM is a very important part of the running of All Saints and we encourage everyone to attend! This is your opportunity to vote on the policies of the church, and your elected representatives. If you’re interested in serving in an elected or appointed position for the coming year, speak to Fr. Rob or one of the wardens.

Childcare will be provided for children under 12 during the meeting. If you will require childcare please contact the office as soon as possible.

We will join in a quick meal beforehand. If you would like to contribute to the meal please sign up on the sheet at the back of the nave.
