We have been paired with a Companion Parish in Uganda
St. Paul Bessania Church, Mbale Parish, Central Buganda Diocese, Anglican Church of Uganda, located in Mpigi, Uganda.
They hold three Sunday services, one in Luganda and two in English, and have Sunday School and bible studies. They are currently searching for ordained leadership (which we can relate to!) and have a lay leader, Mr. Kigonya Jacob. Watch for more information and pictures in the September issue of Saints Alive.
Both congregations will be working together to determine what our Companionship will mean, and how it will function. The main goal for the program is the sharing of ideas and prayer. If you are interested in this new ministry, please contact the office.
